m5 - follow signs for a38 Plymouth; follow City Centre signs and then Continental Ferryport signs, the hotel is on your left, immediately off a large roundabout.
From Cornwall:
follow a38 to Plymouth; cross the Tamar Bridge and follow City Centre signs. Pass railway station; at roundabout take 3rd exit, the hotel is clearly visible.

How to cancel
If you need to cancel a booking please go to the cancellation page. After you have made a booking you will recieve a reservation confirmation e-mail with a link to this cancellation page. All you need to do is enter your email address - you will then be shown your current bookings. To cancel a booking follow the simple instructions. This will inform us of the cancellation, and send you a confirmation email. Please note a cancellation charge may apply, depending on how far in advance you make the cancellation.
