How to find us:
From the A38, take the city centre exit at Marsh Mills roundabout and follow signs to city centre. Turn left at Catedown roundabout, get into left hand lane. Take left into Bretonside (turn off to Barbican), continue into Vauxhall Street and follow the road until you see the Walrus Pub on your left. Turn left into Athenaeum Street, The Grosvenor is on your left in Elliot Street.

How to cancel
If you need to cancel a booking please go to the cancellation page. After you have made a booking you will recieve a reservation confirmation e-mail with a link to this cancellation page. All you need to do is enter your email address - you will then be shown your current bookings. To cancel a booking follow the simple instructions. This will inform us of the cancellation, and send you a confirmation email. Please note a cancellation charge may apply, depending on how far in advance you make the cancellation.
