By Car From the M3: - Follow signs to Southampton, continuing west on the M27. - From the M3/M27, follow the signs for Bournemouth and the A338. - When you reach the first roundabout (St Paul’s) continue along Wessex Way, heading towards West Cliff and the BIC. - When you reach the 2nd roundabout, turn off, taking your first exit. - Continue up the hill and at the next roundabout go straight across (2nd exit). - Follow the road along. When approaching the next roundabout, continue in the left-hand lane (first exit) and slowly continue along the road, taking the first right-hand road (West Hill Road).

How to cancel

If you need to cancel a booking please go to the cancellation page. After you have made a booking you will recieve a reservation confirmation e-mail with a link to this cancellation page. All you need to do is enter your email address - you will then be shown your current bookings. To cancel a booking follow the simple instructions. This will inform us of the cancellation, and send you a confirmation email. Please note a cancellation charge may apply, depending on how far in advance you make the cancellation.
