Guest ReviewsAn Anonymous Guest gave The Ramada Newcastle-Under-Lyme a rating of Adequate "Every thing value for money would be a start, the hotel seemed to be out of date. The room we stayed in was small no problems there but the bed was just big enough for us if no one moved. We have said in a lot nicer hotels for less money in this country and will not be taking the Jarvis name as a sign of quailty in future and if we are ever in Stoke agin we will be staying at the Holiday Inn or bringing our tent...." An Anonymous Guest gave The Ramada Newcastle-Under-Lyme a rating of Fair "Had not realised how close to the main road the hotel was, so noisy. Hotel looking very tired; needs a 'makeover'. Restaurant had the look of a cafe in styling and could not be described as comfortable Staff were satisfactory rather than good. Overall, for the price, the hotel was satisfactory for a night but not longer" "It was fair value and the room was good." "Hotel overall looking very tired (fortunately we were in the new wing) and not all the staff were customer-orientated"
