Located on a quiet, peaceful avenue, just off the A6 (London Road), the hotel is within walking distance of both of Leicester's Universities and the city’s railway station.
At the Stoneycroft Hotel, you are assured a warm welcome, comfort and value for money.
The hotel has 43 rooms of varying sizes, each with modern facilities, including direct dial telephones. All of the rooms have full en suite facilities, some with a jacuzzi and one with a double jacuzzi.
There are some rooms located on the ground floor for those of us who are less agile than we'd like to be.
Most of the rooms also have free Wi-Fi wireless internet access.

From M69/m1 junction 21:
do not head for the city centre. Follow signs for A563 Outer Ring Road Southeast, turning off at a junction and left at the roundabout. You will pass Marks & Spencer and the Stakis Hotel, then Everards Brewery on your left. Keep following signs for A563, signposted Outer Ring Road Southeast and later Oadby. When you arrive at the junction with the A6, Leicester Racecourse is on your right hand side. Turn left towards city centre along London Road (Leicester Road for about 100 yards). There are two set of pedestrian lights, then a main junction with traffic lights (Stoughton Road). You will pass another two pedestrian lights. Immediately after the second, turn right into Elmfield Avenue. The Stoneycroft Hotel is on this road, about 100 yards on the right hand side.

Once you have made your reservation, you will receive confirmation by email with our details and directions - all you need to do is turn up!

How to cancel
If you need to cancel a booking please go to the cancellation page. After you have made a booking you will recieve a reservation confirmation e-mail with a link to this cancellation page. All you need to do is enter your email address - you will then be shown your current bookings. To cancel a booking follow the simple instructions. This will inform us of the cancellation, and send you a confirmation email. Please note a cancellation charge may apply, depending on how far in advance you make the cancellation.

Food was cold in the middle and they argued the point that it was meant to be like that!!!! Was told that the hotel was used for DHS client so therefore they weren't worried about guests!!
