We are able to offer our guests reasonable three and seven night breaks and room only rates Located on the Kent coast, Folkestone successfully blends its role as a port and popular seaside resort. You can take a day trip to France by Seacat or ferry from Dover, or on the Channel Tunnel with your car. There is plenty to see in this historic area, including the cities of Canterbury and Rochester, and the famous Dover Castle. Folkestone offers golf, horse racing and a wide range of sporting activities at the Folkestone Sports Centre as well as the new coastal park area and spectacular views of the Channel and Romney Marsh from the North Downs Way and Saxon Shore Way coastal paths. Guests should note that whilst the hotel has a lift, there are two steps to a landing then four steps to the entrance of the building. Whilst we have made every endeavour to make the property accessible to all, it is impossible to add a ramp within the health and safety regulations, sorry for any disappointment this may cause.

From the Folkestone turn off on the m20, you take the right hand turn and continue on road, across two sets of traffic lights and under train bridge. At the next roundabout, take the right hand turn, drive straight across the next two roundabouts and the Windsor Hotel is on your left.

Please note that all direction instructions will be included in the reservation confirmation e-mail that you recieve after the booking has been completed

Our instant, online booking service is fast, convenient and secure. We keep our availability up-to-the-minute so you can book your hotel online with complete confidence. You may book as many rooms as you like for any dates that you need. Once you have made your reservation, you will receive confirmation by email with our details and directions - all you need to do is turn up!

You will then need to select the dates you wish to stay for, and then go on to choose your rooms. You'll also need to provide us with your contact information and credit card details. Credit card details are required as a guarantee - your card is not charged until you finish your stay at the hotel.

How to cancel

If you need to cancel a booking please go to the cancellation page. After you have made a booking you will recieve a reservation confirmation e-mail with a link to this cancellation page. All you need to do is enter your email address - you will then be shown your current bookings. To cancel a booking follow the simple instructions. This will inform us of the cancellation, and send you a confirmation email. Please note a cancellation charge may apply, depending on how far in advance you make the cancellation.

Six of our double rooms contain one double and one single bed, this makes them available as a double, twin or family room. Views do vary from room to room with some extending across the Leas.

We have only one family room available of this size, on the same lines as our most versitial accomodation, the guest using it can use it as a triple adult room or as a family room for 2 adults and two children. It has a hanging space for clothes.

These rooms have a hanging space for clothes and a chair.

These rooms are suitable for either a couple with a child or for three adults, please note that the rooms contain a double bed and one single bed.
