Banque House

This long established, non-smoking, centrally located hotel provides bed and breakfast, with 12 en suite rooms offering colour TV, some with DVD and CD players. Tea and coffee making facilities are also available. We are best known for our delicious full English breakfasts, served to the spacious and pleasantly decorated bedrooms. All breakfasts are made with local produce, delivered fresh to the door. We are ideally located for both business and leisure travellers, plus well situated for late/early arrivals and departures, when crossing the Channel from Folkestone or Dover. Lock-up parking with CCTV (council operated) is close by. Bars and restaurants located next door to Banque House and are within an easy walk. Most restaurant offer 10% off when presented with hotel cards. Agreement should be made for late arrival.

By car: Exit Junction 13 off the m20. Take a20 to Folkestone. This is Cherry Garden Avenue. At the major traffic lights (second set), turn left, go straight until you see a park on the left and the Folkestone Central Station on the right. Go under the railway bridge, there is a church on the left. Go over the roundabout, this is Castle Hill Avenue. Banque Hotel is before the next roundabout on the left.

Once you have made your reservation, you will receive confirmation by email with our details and directions - all you need to do is turn up!

Credit card details are required as a guarantee - your card is not charged until you finish your stay at the hotel.

How to cancel

If you need to cancel a booking please go to the cancellation page. After you have made a booking you will recieve a reservation confirmation e-mail with a link to this cancellation page. All you need to do is enter your email address - you will then be shown your current bookings. To cancel a booking follow the simple instructions. This will inform us of the cancellation, and send you a confirmation email. Please note a cancellation charge may apply, depending on how far in advance you make the cancellation.

Dover and its ports are the gateway to Europe. It takes 10 minutes by M20 from Folkestone to Dover. Use the Hotel as a stop over to and from Europe, or day trips.
