From central London, and/or the m25 Orbital Motorway or m26, take the m20 towards Folkestone. Pass Maidstone and Ashford and take Junction 11 (a261) to Hythe. Coming from France or Dover, follow m20 and take Junction 11. When in Hythe, follow signs to Folkestone. For the Hythe Imperial turn right into Twiss Road. Free parking.

How to Book

Local Attractions

Romney, Hythe & Dymchurch Railway

For the last 75 years, 'the world's smallest railway' has been operating its one-third full size locomotives through Kent's historic Romney Marsh. From Hythe travel all the way to Dungeness, with its shingle headland and Power Station to visit.

Cross the Channel to France

Take the Eurotunnel only 4 kms away, or cross by ferry from Dover to experience a day trip to France with its glorious food and of course the shopping!

Dover Castle

With over 2000 years of English history, Dover Castle is a must for visitors to the area. There is plenty to see, with the Sound and Light show, Secret Wartime Tunnels and Admiralty Look-Out amongst them.

City of Canterbury
