By Car: From Exeter: - Take the M5. - Exit to join the A38. - Follow signs for Torquay A380. - At Newton Abbot you will come to the Penn Inn roundabout, take the second exit, signposted Torquay A380. - Continue straight across the next roundabout for the A3022 (do not turn right). - Follow the A3022 until you have Torre Railway Station on your right and a sign on the wall in front saying 'Seafront, Harbour, Paignton'. You need to be in the right-hand lane. - Immediately through the lights is Avenue Road. Fairways is on the right, immediately before the next set of lights.

How to Book

Our instant, online booking service is fast, convenient and secure. We keep our availability up-to-the-minute so you can book your hotel online with complete confidence. You may book as many rooms as you like for any dates that you need. Once you have made your reservation, you will receive confirmation by email with our details and directions - all you need to do is turn up!

You will then need to select the dates you wish to stay for, and then go on to choose your rooms. You'll also need to provide us with your contact information and credit card details. Credit card details are required as a guarantee - your card is not charged until you finish your stay at the hotel.

How to cancel

If you need to cancel a booking please go to the cancellation page. After you have made a booking you will recieve a reservation confirmation e-mail with a link to this cancellation page. All you need to do is enter your email address - you will then be shown your current bookings. To cancel a booking follow the simple instructions. This will inform us of the cancellation, and send you a confirmation email. Please note a cancellation charge may apply, depending on how far in advance you make the cancellation.

Late check-outs are only available with prior arrangement and at a small additional charge. Guests travelling by public transport may leave their luggage at reception for collection later in the day. We are happy to collect our guests from the local train/coach station provided that we are notified of the arrival time in advance. Group bookings: no single sex group bookings are allowed.

A beautiful thatched village and country park with it's ornamental gardens and lakes. A Manor house, old forge, glass blowing and pottery making on site. An ancient church and Lutyens designed pub and restaurant are all set in this gem of a village.

One of the West country's major attractions. Catch the Steam train from Paignton to Kingswear, then take a ferry to Dartmouth.

This very large, ground floor room has floor-to-ceiling windows. The room has been refurbished to a very high standard and incorporates a 19-inch flat-screen TV/DVD. A selection of DVDs is available for use, free of charge.
