By Road: Leave the m11 motorway at j11. Follow City Centre signs for approximately 3.5 km. Hotel is on the left. Turn into Fen Causeway, immediately right into the car park. By Rail: Direct trains to London take 50 minutes.

How to cancel

If you need to cancel a booking please go to the cancellation page. After you have made a booking you will recieve a reservation confirmation e-mail with a link to this cancellation page. All you need to do is enter your email address - you will then be shown your current bookings. To cancel a booking follow the simple instructions. This will inform us of the cancellation, and send you a confirmation email. Please note a cancellation charge may apply, depending on how far in advance you make the cancellation.
