By Car: - Take the M11 northbound. - Exit at Junction 11 onto the roundabout above the M11. - Take the 3rd exit off this roundabout, signposted to Cambridge/A1309. - Follow the road through Trumpington village. - At the 8th set of traffic lights, turn right into Long Road, signposted to hospital/ airport/ A1134. - Head straight across the traffic lights at the bottom of Long Road, into Queen Edith’s Way. - Take the first exit off the first roundabout you come to Mowbray Road, then driver straight up the second roundabout take right to Ashtrees Guest House.

How to Book

Our instant, online booking service is fast, convenient and secure. We keep our availability up-to-the-minute so you can book your hotel online with complete confidence. You may book as many rooms as you like for any dates that you need. Once you have made your reservation, you will receive confirmation by email with our details and directions - all you need to do is turn up!

You will then need to select the dates you wish to stay for, and then go on to choose your rooms. You'll also need to provide us with your contact information and credit card details. Credit card details are required as a guarantee - your card is not charged until you finish your stay at the hotel.

How to cancel

If you need to cancel a booking please go to the cancellation page. After you have made a booking you will recieve a reservation confirmation e-mail with a link to this cancellation page. All you need to do is enter your email address - you will then be shown your current bookings. To cancel a booking follow the simple instructions. This will inform us of the cancellation, and send you a confirmation email. Please note a cancellation charge may apply, depending on how far in advance you make the cancellation.
