A free 8 seater courtesy bus travels to and from all terminals Monday to Friday from 06:00 to 12:00 and 17:30 to 22:30, Saturdays and Sundays from 06:00 to 10:00 and 18:00 to 22.00. This service is only available upon request. Please call the hotel once you have cleared customs and we will direct you to the nearest pick-up point. No service on 25th December and 1st January.
By car from the M4:
- Exit at junction 4B and take the M25 for Gatwick.
- Exit at junction 14 and follow signs for terminal 4/cargo.
- Continue to the next roundabout and take the 1st exit for Colnbrook.
- At the next roundabout take the 3rd exit for Longford. Heathrow Lodge hotel is located 200 yards on your left.
From the M25:
- Exit at junction 14 and continue as above.
By bus:
- We are on the 81 bus route from Hounslow to Slough.
The nearest underground station is Heathrow on the Piccadilly line.

How to Book
Our instant, online booking service is fast, convenient and secure. We keep our availability up-to-the-minute so you can book your hotel online with complete confidence. You may book as many rooms as you like for any dates that you need. Once you have made your reservation, you will receive confirmation by email with our details and directions - all you need to do is turn up!
You will then need to select the dates you wish to stay for, and then go on to choose your rooms. You'll also need to provide us with your contact information and credit card details. Credit card details are required as a guarantee - your card is not charged until you finish your stay at the hotel.
How to cancel
If you need to cancel a booking please go to the cancellation page. After you have made a booking you will recieve a reservation confirmation e-mail with a link to this cancellation page. All you need to do is enter your email address - you will then be shown your current bookings. To cancel a booking follow the simple instructions. This will inform us of the cancellation, and send you a confirmation email. Please note a cancellation charge may apply, depending on how far in advance you make the cancellation.
