From London (m23), follow the signs for the seafront. Turn right onto a259 at the Brighton Pier and continue into Hove. Landsdowne Place is the first turning past Brunswick Square. We are 50 yards along on the right hand side. The hotel car park is limited and on a first come, first served basis.

"The room was immaculate but was not happy as it was far too small and clostrophobic. I asked to be moved but the next room was as small but brighter at the front."

"The parking is absolutely terrible. I also did not like having to leave my car keys with reception in case they needed to move it. Tried to charge me £15 when my booking confirmation clearly said £10. The hotel has had a lot of money spent on it and is taking shape nicely. My room was still not quite finished though and the hotel is covered in scaffolding which I felt was a security risk. There was a safe in teh room but it was loose so I could have quite easily picked it up. Overall experience though was good, I will return but might park my car somewhere else. When finished I believe this will be a very nice hotel, it is not quite there yet though."

"Parking facilities are very poor and I did not like having to leave the keys for a £50,000 car with reception but it was part of the condition of parking. I had to park next to a skip under some scaffolding and then climb out of my passenger door to get out."
