How to cancel
If you need to cancel a booking please go to the cancellation page. After you have made a booking you will recieve a reservation confirmation e-mail with a link to this cancellation page. All you need to do is enter your email address - you will then be shown your current bookings. To cancel a booking follow the simple instructions. This will inform us of the cancellation, and send you a confirmation email. Please note a cancellation charge may apply, depending on how far in advance you make the cancellation.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel was very good, close to amenities but not on top of the hustle and bustle of London. Very reasonably priced for this accomodation." Fortunately, my neighbors were quiet for the most part, and the room was able to be quite dark, so I did get good sleep. The timing of the breakfast was too early, so it didn't work for me.
