Dover town centre located opposite Dover Priory main line railway station (b2011), perfectly situated for your access to the ferry ports, cruise liner terminal, and only a few minutes drive to the Channel Tunnel terminal.

Once you have made your reservation, you will receive confirmation by email with our details and directions - all you need to do is turn up!
You will then need to select the dates you wish to stay for, and then go on to choose your rooms. You'll also need to provide us with your contact information and credit card details. Credit card details are required as a guarantee - your card is not charged until you finish your stay at the hotel.
How to cancel
If you need to cancel a booking please go to the cancellation page. After you have made a booking you will recieve a reservation confirmation e-mail with a link to this cancellation page. All you need to do is enter your email address - you will then be shown your current bookings. To cancel a booking follow the simple instructions. This will inform us of the cancellation, and send you a confirmation email. Please note a cancellation charge may apply, depending on how far in advance you make the cancellation.

Additional Cancelation Information:
A fixed amount of £10 GBP (cancellation fee) will be retained from your prepaid deposit the remainder refunded if cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival… No refund of your deposit if cancelled later or in case of no-show and remaining nights of booking cancelled…
In the event of a declined transaction, the hotel will contact you by email. The remaining cost of the reservation will have to be paid on arrival.
Access Statement:
The front door is sited on the upper ground floor, via 16 natural stone steps with an average rise of 19 centimetres, a minimum tread of 28 centimetres, and with strong handrails at both sides. The front door has a raised sill of 16 centimetres.
All bedrooms are upstairs, and there are another 16 steps (rise 20 centimetres; tread 26 centimetres) to the first floor. There are handrails on all stairways. The hotel does not have a lift.
Heavy Luggage:
The hotel does not have a facility for carrying luggage. The hotel is happy to care for heavy luggage downstairs and suggests an overnight bag for short stays.
