The Penkelie

The Penkelie Hotel is situated just off of the Promenade in a peaceful town centre street, yet is still at the heart of Southport's many attractions. You are within a short walk of the elegant sea front, the theatres and conference venues and the excellent shopping on Lord Street. All rooms provide private or en-suite facilities and are well suited to your needs as a traveller, tourist or visitor. All rooms are non-smoking, but designated smoking areas are provided. Directions

Exit the m6 at Junction 26 onto the m58. Exit at Junction 3 onto the a570, following signs for Southport. On reaching the town centre, follow signs for Lord Street. Turn into Nevill Street, then turn right into Bath Street and follow this into Bold Street, you have now arrived at the hotel.

All you need to do is enter your email address - you will then be shown your current bookings. To cancel a booking follow the simple instructions. This will inform us of the cancellation, and send you a confirmation email. Please note a cancellation charge may apply, depending on how far in advance you make the cancellation.

Originally opened in 1874 these classic Victorian gardens are rich in history and beauty. The gardens are packed with floral displays and wildlife and boast a winding lake. Take a boat trip or enjoy one of the many walks.

Fun fair with the famous 'Traumatizer' roller coaster. Also one of the oldest wooden frame rollercoasters.
