Directions
From the South:
Take the a1 North all the way to Granada Services Washington. Follow the a1 towards Newcastle/Gateshead Angel of the North. Take the A167 Gateshead South and bear left at the roundabout. Take the A167 Gateshead, continue for 3 miles and at Springfield Hotel on the right at the lights, take the slip road to the left, following the road. We are a quarter of a mile on the right.
From the North:
Take the A1 south and continue until turning at A184 Gateshead (ignore Newcastle turning). Continue until reaching the mini roundabout. Turn right and follow up the hill. At the roundabout, carry on across. We are a quarter of a mile on the left.

How to cancel
If you need to cancel a booking please go to the cancellation page. After you have made a booking you will recieve a reservation confirmation e-mail with a link to this cancellation page. All you need to do is enter your email address - you will then be shown your current bookings. To cancel a booking follow the simple instructions. This will inform us of the cancellation, and send you a confirmation email. Please note a cancellation charge may apply, depending on how far in advance you make the cancellation.
