But we thought 'it's only for one night'. The advert for the hotel and bar said ale was on sale, the only 'ale' they did was Boddingtons. Very noisy with the loud music in the bar. Very unclean factor about the rooms, staff seemed to want to take your money and knowing you were there for one or two nights didn't seem to care. Breakfast was pathetic. Had a hair in my egg which was most off putting. With the location of this hotel in the heart of historic Oxford you would have thought that with all that potential they could have tried harder, such a shame. I would like to have been told that the rooms would have been very noisy." "The en-suite bathroom was completely seperate from the bedroom"  "Badly needed redecoration. Had a very 70s feel about it.
