"This hotel is not luxurious, but is perfect for just sleeping overnight and getting a shower in the morning. The hotel is close to everything and it is easy to get there from the airport."

"Rooms were very good value for money, but the furnishings and decor were rather tired. However, the staff were helpful and upgraded one of the rooms to include an en-suite. Breakfast was a help yourself affair and we did have to ask for fresh crockery and more toast. The hotel was helpful in allowing us to leave luggage and pick it up later on."
"The rooms were clean and good value for money. The position of the roomw (right at the back of the house in the basement) meant that it was very quiet. We were not disturbed all night and didn't wake until late."

"Light was not working in the en-suite in one room - no light bulb in the main socket in the other room. Reported but not fixed."

"The full English breakfast included in the price was barely edible, and the coffee didn't taste of any coffee I have ever experienced. I had a single room without facilities, but the shower in the corridor close to my room was out of order for the whole 9 days of my stay, so I had to go down to the ground floor to shower every morning."

"For Central London it was good value for money; good breakfast; quiet location near to main transport and shops and restaurants. Helpful staff."

"Public areas a bit shabby - carpets etc could do with replacing."
