"I had a baby with me and I found the hotel adequate for my requirements. I would certainly stay there again. It is a bit of travel to get to central london but other than that, it was all right. Not luxurious by any means but adequate."
"The accommodation was basic but neat and tidy. It is ideal for travellers on a limited budget."

"There was an air of neglect around the place."

"Cleanliness of the room and good value for money. View from breakfast room was great - right across London."

"Breakfast! They ran out of cups and no toast. Still it was a low price to stay there so no complaints!"

"This hotel was very good value for money - it was relatively cheap but provided a clean comfortable room, with tea making facilities, en-suite bathroom, and efficient central heating. There was plentiful hot water in the bathroom, and the little TV was adequate for seeing the news etc. The breakfast was good, with the usual choices, but no apparent limitation on quantity. The free parking was much appreciated, and the hotel is a short walk from the sports centre at Crystal Palace."
"The location was very convenient, with easy access and free parking. The views from the restaurant on the 5th floor are stunning."

"Was reasonably priced but very poor customer service, no heating in the room in winter is unacceptable and the breakfast choice was very limited and did not cater for many tastes."
"Reasonable price."

"No Heating in Bedroom, Bar staff not very helpful, Breakfast had very limited choice."

"The decorations are basic and dated, the room altough clean looked shabby and dreary. The TV aerial was not efficient, the shower dripped constantly and the sink tap did not shut off properly. The bed spread had stains and cigarette burns on the outside and the walls were discoloured by nicotine. The break fast was basic but the staff were friendly and helpful. It reminded me of stepping back to a 1970's bad hotel."
"The room smelled quite heavily of smoke and an ashtray was present even though the smoking ban was in place!!"
