All you need to do is enter your email address - you will then be shown your current bookings. To cancel a booking follow the simple instructions. This will inform us of the cancellation, and send you a confirmation email. Please note a cancellation charge may apply, depending on how far in advance you make the cancellation.

CANCELLATION POLICY: null COMMENTS: Bookings of 5 rooms or more will be considered as a group booking. For these, the hotel will charge one night's stay as a deposit on the booking date. Cancellation for group bookings will be 28 days, after this point the money will be non-refundable. Please note we do not accept American Express.

"The decorations are basic and dated, the room altough clean looked shabby and dreary. The TV aerial was not efficient, the shower dripped constantly and the sink tap did not shut off properly. The bed spread had stains and cigarette burns on the outside and the walls were discoloured by nicotine. The break fast was basic but the staff were friendly and helpful. It reminded me of stepping back to a 1970's bad hotel."
