This Grade II listed building was built in 1911 by Samuel Ryder, donor of golf's prestigious Ryder Cup, to house his successful seed company. By Car From the M1: - If travelling from the north, take junction 9. - If travelling from the south, take junction 6. - Follow the signs to St Albans city centre. - The hotel is located opposite the abbey on Holywell Hill. There is on-site parking for about 10 cars, and an overflow car park is located about 5 minutes’ walk away. From the M25 - Take junction 21a, and follow signs to St Albans city centre.
