For your relaxation, there is a south-facing sundeck with countryside views to the rear of the property, to help you top up your tan. If you want to keep in contact with family, friends and colleagues, there is free wireless internet access in the public areas. There is also a PC with internet access in the lounge area, which guests are welcome to use, free of charge.

By Car: - Take M5 to Exeter. - Join the A30 to Okehampton. - Continue on the A30 south west towards Bodmin. - Exit following signs to Newquay. - Take the A392 to Quintrell Downs. - At the roundabout, turn right turn (third exit) over the railway crossing to Newquay. - Follow the A3058 for approximately one mile; the Metro is on the left-hand side, just past the BP petrol station and pelican crossing.

How to Book

You may book as many rooms as you like for any dates that you need. Once you have made your reservation, you will receive confirmation by email with our details and directions - all you need to do is turn up!

You will then need to select the dates you wish to stay for, and then go on to choose your rooms. You'll also need to provide us with your contact information and credit card details. Credit card details are required as a guarantee - your card is not charged until you finish your stay at the hotel.

How to cancel

If you need to cancel a booking please go to the cancellation page. After you have made a booking you will recieve a reservation confirmation e-mail with a link to this cancellation page. All you need to do is enter your email address - you will then be shown your current bookings. To cancel a booking follow the simple instructions. This will inform us of the cancellation, and send you a confirmation email. Please note a cancellation charge may apply, depending on how far in advance you make the cancellation.

Porth Beach

This flat family beach is only 5 minutes walk from the hotel and has a good pub, cafe's and gift shops. A good safe flat beach that is great for kids.

The Cornish Way

This is a linked cycle path and route all over Cornwall which will allow you to see this County in a way you could never see it by car.

The Adventure Centre Lusty Glaze

This is the place if you require surfing lessons or need the adrenaline rush of the zip wire or coasteering.

Just look on the web for all you need to know about Eden. Come out relaxed and refreshed after a tranquil visit to the biomes. Leave the car at the hotel and catch the bus from virtually outside the hotel.
