Our instant, online booking service is fast, convenient and secure. We keep our availability up-to-the-minute so you can book your hotel online with complete confidence. You may book as many rooms as you like for any dates that you need. Once you have made your reservation, you will receive confirmation by email with our details and directions - all you need to do is turn up!

You will then need to select the dates you wish to stay for, and then go on to choose your rooms. You'll also need to provide us with your contact information and credit card details. Credit card details are required as a guarantee - your card is not charged until you finish your stay at the hotel.

How to cancel

If you need to cancel a booking please go to the cancellation page. After you have made a booking you will recieve a reservation confirmation e-mail with a link to this cancellation page. All you need to do is enter your email address - you will then be shown your current bookings. To cancel a booking follow the simple instructions. This will inform us of the cancellation, and send you a confirmation email. Please note a cancellation charge may apply, depending on how far in advance you make the cancellation.

Windermere Lake Cruises

Ferry Service and informative sight seeing boat trips on Lake Windermere. 15 minute easy walk. Visitors can also take a steam train and discover the contrasting lake and river scenery of the Leven Valley.

Lake District Visitor Centre

Very interesting display of Cumbrian crafts. Nice gardens and fantastic play area for children. Good tea room.

Hill Top

Visit the house where Beatrix Potter immortalised Peter Rabbit. Cross the lake by ferry to reach it.

Rooms

This en suite budget room is smaller than the standard rooms. There is a 3-night minimum stay on public holidays. There is a 2-night minimum stay on weekends.
