By Air / Train (from Heathrow Airport): Take the Heathrow Express service to Paddington, then take the London Underground (the tube) to Euston Square Station, via the Circle Line. The hotel is situated right above the tube station. Take the exit towards Euston Railway Station. When you come up on the stairs, the hotel is just behind you. Alternatively, a taxi from Paddington takes about 10 minutes.

Our instant, online booking service is fast, convenient and secure. We keep our availability up-to-the-minute so you can book your hotel online with complete confidence. You may book as many rooms as you like for any dates that you need. Once you have made your reservation, you will receive confirmation by email with our details and directions - all you need to do is turn up!

You will then need to select the dates you wish to stay for, and then go on to choose your rooms. You'll also need to provide us with your contact information and credit card details. Credit card details are required as a guarantee - your card is not charged until you finish your stay at the hotel.

How to cancel

If you need to cancel a booking please go to the cancellation page. After you have made a booking you will recieve a reservation confirmation e-mail with a link to this cancellation page. All you need to do is enter your email address - you will then be shown your current bookings. To cancel a booking follow the simple instructions. This will inform us of the cancellation, and send you a confirmation email. Please note a cancellation charge may apply, depending on how far in advance you make the cancellation.

CANCELLATION POLICY: null COMMENTS: The hotel operates a strict no smoking policy throughout the entire property. An identity card and valid credit card are required upon check-in for security reasons. Payment for your stay will be taken upon check-in. Bookings of 6 or more rooms will be considered a group. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation. Another non-refundable deposit is due 10 days prior to the arrival date. The amount can be arranged on the credit card details provided as guarantee. An alternative method of deposit payment can be arranged directly with the hotel (bank transfer, cash or cheques). A 10 day prior to arrival notice period is given for any group cancellations or amendments. Contact the hotel direct for further information.

"In the room the washbasin was blocked. I reported it but it wasn't fixed. The TV did not work. There was no mirror in the bedroom. The lighting made the room look dingey. The same week I stayed in another London hotel which was so much better. I have also stayed at other hotels in that area which were better. It was not even as good as a travelodge or similar which are generally cheaper."
