The 42 bedrooms are modern in decor and are equipped with facilities of a three star standard. Although rooms are secondary glazed, some can be affected by noise from the pub and disco. The Three Sisters Pub serves food daily and 'Upstairs' serves guests a traditional Scottish Breakfast. Our friendly reception team are on hand to ensure your stay is enjoyable. No pets allowed (except for guide dogs).

Directions

From the West End of Princes street a8, turn right up Lothian Road. Take first left down Kingstables Road until you reach the Grassmarket. Turn left into the Grassmarket and continue until you reach the Cowgate. The hotel is situated 300 yards along on your right hand side.
