Airport: Manchester - International is 10 miles from the hotel
Major Train Station:Piccadilly
Local Train Station: Oxford rd

From the m602 go onto the a57 Mancunian Way. Keep in nearside lane and leave at the exit signed Umist. Take the immediate right slip road onto Sackville Street, and the hotel is the 2nd building on the left. From Piccadilly Station, please take the escalator down to the lower level, as you come outside the station if you look to the right you will see traffic lights to the left of the traffic lights across the road you will see Granby Row, please walk down this road going staright ahead. When you get to the end of the road you will turn left, keep walking with the natwest bank and retro bar on your right hand side. Walk ahead we are the second building on the righ hand side after you have crossed the road. The car park is on Charles Street which is 5 minutes walk to the hotel. It is a pay and display car park.

How to Book

Once you have made your reservation, you will receive confirmation by email with our details and directions - all you need to do is turn up!

Credit card details are required as a guarantee - your card is not charged until you finish your stay at the hotel.

How to cancel

If you need to cancel a booking please go to the cancellation page. After you have made a booking you will recieve a reservation confirmation e-mail with a link to this cancellation page. All you need to do is enter your email address - you will then be shown your current bookings. To cancel a booking follow the simple instructions. This will inform us of the cancellation, and send you a confirmation email. Please note a cancellation charge may apply, depending on how far in advance you make the cancellation.

Comfortable and well equipped,the rooms all have movies on request. Tea/coffee making facilities,phones and are all ensuite.
