Check-out is 11:00; unless again it falls on a match day then check-out will be 08:30 on the day of the match. Due to the nature of the hotel being located within the football ground, if your booking falls on the date of a match fixture, we regret that we reserve the right to cancel the booking or allow you access to the room after 20:00, unless the booking is on a midweek match fixture when check-in is not until midnight.

"Excellent, friendly staff, nice reception area, good access to rooms, great breakfast."

"It being West Ham United football ground of course. Plus 1st class breakfast, good parking facilities."

"The rooms are starting to feel a bit dated from the amount of use they get. For example maybe the walls could do with a splash of paint just to bring it back up to the standard which it was. but the rooms were very clean with plenty of bedding and towels."
