The Sunborn Yacht Hotel is serviced by unrivalled national and international transport links. By road: From the Tower Bridge direction of London: 1. Follow the signs to Tower Bridge (North Embankment) 2. At Tower Bridge, take East Smithfield Road towards the City Airport 3. Proceed through the Limehouse link tunnel following signs to Royal Docks 4. Continue to follow the signs to City Airport 5. First roundabout after the tunnel (Esso garage) bear right and take Lower Lea Crossing 6. At next roundabout, take second exit onto Silver Town Way. 7. Continue to follow the signs to City Airport 8. At next roundabout, take first exit and proceed straight across to the Connaught Crossing. The Excel site will be visible on your left. 9. At the next roundabout - Connaught Roundabout (after the bridge), take the right exit to next roundabout - Royal Albert Roundabout. 10. At this roundabout - take the last exit that leads to the underpass, up to ExCeL (sign says Works Access, marked on road) 11. Drive up to Security Gate and say you are going to stay at Sunborn Yacht Hotel. Directions from the M25 - North 1. Leave M25 at Junction 27 2. Join M11 South 3. Continue to the end of M11 and follow signs to A406 East/ City Airport/Royal Docks 4. At roundabout that connect to A13 take signs to City Airport / Royal Docks 5. Follow signs to Royal Docks over four roundabouts. 6. At the Royal Albert Roundabout, take the last exit that leads to the underpass, up to ExCeL (sign says Works Access) 7. Drive up to Security Gate and explain you are staying at Sunborn Yacht Hotel. Directions from M25 - South 1. Leave M25 at the A2 Junction; continue along A2 London bound up to Blackwall Tunnel. 2. Continue through the Blackwall Tunnel 3. Stay in left lane, at tunnel exit take slip road signposted City Airport 4. Continue to next roundabout and take 1st exit left signposted Royal Docks 5. At next roundabout take 3rd exit signposted City Airport 6. Next roundabout take 2nd exit signposted City Airport 7. Follow road all way to end and take the first exit left, signposted City Airport 8. Next roundabout - straight across and over Connaught Bridge 9. At next roundabout - turn right and onto next roundabout and go all the way around this roundabout (coming back on yourself) 10. Follow the road under the underpass (Works Access on road) and you will come to ExCeL entrance. 11. Drive up to Security Gate and explain you are staying at Sunborn Yacht Hotel. How to Book

Our instant, online booking service is fast, convenient and secure. We keep our availability up-to-the-minute so you can book your hotel online with complete confidence. You may book as many rooms as you like for any dates that you need. Once you have made your reservation, you will receive confirmation by email with our details and directions - all you need to do is turn up!

You will then need to select the dates you wish to stay for, and then go on to choose your rooms. You'll also need to provide us with your contact information and credit card details. Credit card details are required as a guarantee - your card is not charged until you finish your stay at the hotel.

How to cancel

If you need to cancel a booking please go to the cancellation page. After you have made a booking you will recieve a reservation confirmation e-mail with a link to this cancellation page. All you need to do is enter your email address - you will then be shown your current bookings. To cancel a booking follow the simple instructions. This will inform us of the cancellation, and send you a confirmation email. Please note a cancellation charge may apply, depending on how far in advance you make the cancellation.

"As a Master Mariner of 27 years and now retired it was an excellent opportunity to experience 'seagoing life' without the need to go to sea again. The experience is unique. We found the restaurant to be excellent if a little expensive. Food choice was adequate and presentation excellent. Wine was lovely but slightly cold for a red wine. Our room was beautifully presented but we found the card did not activate the room facilities. All in all a very pleasurable expererience that we will be repeating. With respect to booking, I found the choice of room combination with the BB or DBB package limited since I would have liked the option of booking the room with balcony with a package."

"The novelty of staying in a waterborne hotel rather offset by getting lost - for a non-londoner, directions only useful when you start in the right place, a better map would be sensible. But helpful desk staff brought us in. The location in terms of all that empty space outside and access to fresh air on a warm night a real attraction when compared to standard hotel - in London you really expect to be sleeping in a room where you have to keep the window firmly shut. A great idea - a comfortable experience and simple once you get there."
