Guest ReviewsAn Anonymous Guest gave Park Plaza Leeds a rating of Excellent "Think I have said it all above. All in all, I would say it was one of my most comfortable hotel stays and I have stayed in many. Great location too, bang in the middle of Leeds, next to the main train station etc. so very convenient." "I had specifically requested a quiet room for studying, which I got without a problem. The bed was absolutely one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever stayed in! The bathroom was exceptionally clean and sparkling, with extremely tasteful fittings. Everything in the room was in good working order and the service was excellent, most accommodating staff, even when I had cause to complain about a food order (which I did without any fuss, may I add). Extremely accommodating staff from the moment I stepped into the hotel. Would definetely go back." "There was a dirty, sticky black mark on the carpet (perhaps tar?)in the main doorway of my room that I kept stepping on in my bare feet! Also, a few 'scuff' marks here and there on the paintwork. But nothing that would put me off going back. Not keen on the restaurant - it was a little dark and dingey for eating breakfast."
