How to cancel
If you need to cancel a booking please go to the cancellation page. After you have made a booking you will recieve a reservation confirmation e-mail with a link to this cancellation page. All you need to do is enter your email address - you will then be shown your current bookings. To cancel a booking follow the simple instructions. This will inform us of the cancellation, and send you a confirmation email. Please note a cancellation charge may apply, depending on how far in advance you make the cancellation.

All in all, I would say it was one of my most comfortable hotel stays and I have stayed in many. Great location too, bang in the middle of Leeds, next to the main train station etc. so very convenient." "I had specifically requested a quiet room for studying, which I got without a problem. The bed was absolutely one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever stayed in! The bathroom was exceptionally clean and sparkling, with extremely tasteful fittings. Everything in the room was in good working order and the service was excellent, most accommodating staff, even when I had cause to complain about a food order (which I did without any fuss, may I add). Extremely accommodating staff from the moment I stepped into the hotel. Would definetely go back."  "There was a dirty, sticky black mark on the carpet (perhaps tar?)in the main doorway of my room that I kept stepping on in my bare feet! Also, a few 'scuff' marks here and there on the paintwork.
