By Car: From the M6 (north or south): - Exit the M6 at junction 6 - Take the A38 Aston road. - Follow signs for the M5 West and A456 Kidderminster. - Continue to the roundabout (Paradise Circus). - Leave the roundabout at the 3rd exit onto Broad Street. - The Novotel is halfway up on the right-hand side, opposite the Travelodge. The car park is located underneath the hotel, it is limited therefore we do not book or guarantee spaces - first come, first served.

How to Book

Once you have made your reservation, you will receive confirmation by email with our details and directions - all you need to do is turn up!

If you need to cancel a booking please go to the cancellation page. After you have made a booking you will recieve a reservation confirmation e-mail with a link to this cancellation page. All you need to do is enter your email address - you will then be shown your current bookings. To cancel a booking follow the simple instructions. This will inform us of the cancellation, and send you a confirmation email. Please note a cancellation charge may apply, depending on how far in advance you make the cancellation.

CANCELLATION POLICY: null COMMENTS: Children stay and eat free when sharing with an adult. An extra room for children is charged at 75% of adults room. We operate a non smoking policy in our restaurant and 112 bedrooms. Breakfast is served until midday on Saturday and Sunday mornings. Unconfirmed bookings will be released at 6pm. If a twin Room is required (double bed & sofa bed) this must be reserved at the time of booking as twin rooms cannot be guaranteed at the time of check in and a double rooms will be provided)
