Hendon Hall

The country house is a 16th-century mansion which was converted into a hotel in 1911. It has a terraced garden and housed the England Team during their victorious World Cup in 1966. Bedrooms at Hendon Hall come with free internet access, a flat-screen TV, Gilchrist & Soames toiletries and bathrobes. Many rooms have garden views and all rooms have been refurbished in 2010. The Garrick Restaurant is a brasserie offering modern cuisine and has a terrace. The lounge bar offers lighter meals including afternoon tea. Cooked breakfasts are also available. Hampstead Heath and Brent Cross Shopping Centre are within 10 minutes’ drive, while Hendon Central Tube Station is about 1 mile (1.6 km) away, and is on the Northern Line.

By Rail / Tube Take the Northern Line (Underground) to Hendon Central or the main line to Hendon Station (1.5 miles). Then take a taxi from either station to the hotel. From the airport: Take the Heathrow or Gatwick Express services into London and then use either the main line service to Hendon, or the Northern Line (underground) to Hendon Central. Then take a taxi to the hotel.
