The hotel provides a small, complimentry car park at the rear of the premises. Spaces are allocated on a first-come first-served basis and cannot be guaranteed.
By Car
From the motorway:
- Follow signs for the city centre and Union Street
- Halfway down the main thorughfare, turn left into Union Terrace and the hotel is on the left after approximately 100 yards.
- The car park is situated at the rear of the hotel on Diamond Street.
From Aberdeen Airport:
- Follow the A92 Dundee/Perth road, and at the roundabout, exit for the B9119/city centre.
- Continue into the city centre, and Union Terrace is located halfway down Union Street, the main thoroughfare.
From Aberdeen bus and rail stations (5 minute walk):
Turn left after exiting the station and follow the road to the right. Proceed up Bridge Street to the traffic lights. Cross to the other side of the road and the hotel is situated 100 yards along Union Terrace, on the left.

You may book as many rooms as you like for any dates that you need. Once you have made your reservation, you will receive confirmation by email with our details and directions - all you need to do is turn up!
You will then need to select the dates you wish to stay for, and then go on to choose your rooms. You'll also need to provide us with your contact information and credit card details. Credit card details are required as a guarantee - your card is not charged until you finish your stay at the hotel.
How to cancel
If you need to cancel a booking please go to the cancellation page. After you have made a booking you will recieve a reservation confirmation e-mail with a link to this cancellation page. All you need to do is enter your email address - you will then be shown your current bookings. To cancel a booking follow the simple instructions. This will inform us of the cancellation, and send you a confirmation email. Please note a cancellation charge may apply, depending on how far in advance you make the cancellation.
