CANCELLATION POLICY: null COMMENTS: Full payment must be made on arrival. The Ravenswood Hotel will add an additional cost to credit card payments. American Express cards are not accepted. Group bookings (2 or more rooms) are not allowed unless the hotel has agreed in advance. Same-sex group bookings are not permitted in the hotel (e.g. hen/stag nights). Some parking spaces are to the rear of the hotel, with access off Museum Road. The rest is in a secure car park off Museum Road.
