From the a-1237 exit into the a19 towards York city centre, follow the a19 for 2.5m and on the right you will find the hotel. (Being the same a19 it would be named Bootham at the point where the hotel is located).

Please note that all direction instructions will be included in the reservation confirmation e-mail that you recieve after the booking has been completed

How to cancel

If you need to cancel a booking please go to the cancellation page. After you have made a booking you will recieve a reservation confirmation e-mail with a link to this cancellation page. All you need to do is enter your email address - you will then be shown your current bookings. To cancel a booking follow the simple instructions. This will inform us of the cancellation, and send you a confirmation email. Please note a cancellation charge may apply, depending on how far in advance you make the cancellation.
