I also did not have the opportunity to sample the food or the bar.
However, I was very impressed with the attempts of the switchboard operator and the concierge to direct me to the hotel via several panicky phone calls - infact the concierge eventually came out to find me which was much appreciated.
There is really little to fault at this hotel; the room was clean and modern and the staff were welcoming and helpful. Exceptional value for money."
