From the m4 leave at Junction 11 and head towards Reading on the a33. When you get to the a4 turn left and the hotel is on your right hand side. Or From the m4 leave at Junction 12 onto the a4 follow this road. The hotel is on your left after approximately a 5 minute drive.

How to cancel

If you need to cancel a booking please go to the cancellation page. After you have made a booking you will recieve a reservation confirmation e-mail with a link to this cancellation page. All you need to do is enter your email address - you will then be shown your current bookings. To cancel a booking follow the simple instructions. This will inform us of the cancellation, and send you a confirmation email. Please note a cancellation charge may apply, depending on how far in advance you make the cancellation.

"Very poor service."

"Easiliy accessible from motorway. Quality of food in restaurant was above average despite poor service."

"Attitude of staff was appalling to the point of being rude. Many staff speak very little English. Restaurant staff were smoking in public areas very near guests. Hotel was advertised has having a swimming pool & jacuzzi - these have not yet been completed. Internet connectivity unreliable and expensive."
