Guest ReviewsAn Anonymous Guest gave The Thames Riviera Hotel a rating of Fair "Hotel was good value. Fine if you are not after anything special." "We were given a family room, which was a good size and had a view of the river." "A bit shabby and grubby. We were originally given a smokers room, which was very smelly and we asked to be moved (whick we were). It appeared that there we not many no smoking rooms available. Does the hotel need to review the number of smoking vs non smoking rooms? There is no lift so it is a bit of a struggle with luggage if you have a room on the second floor."
