By Car (from the A338): - Turn off the A338 on St. Paul's Road. - Follow the road straight on through the 1st roundabout and continue straight through the 2nd roundabout into Gervis Road. - The hotel is situated about half way along the left hand side, just past the next roundabout. By Rail: - London Waterloo to Bournemouth takes approximately 1 hour and 50 minutes. By Plane: - London Heathrow is approximately 95 miles away; just under a 2 hour drive. - London Gatwick is approximately 110 miles away; just under a 3 hour drive. - Bournemouth International Airport is 6 miles away and is 10 minutes by car or bus route 747 from Bournemouth coach and train station. By Ferry: - The hotel is just 7 miles from Poole Ferry Terminal connecting to the islands of Guernsey and Jersey. There are also direct fast ferries connecting to St. Malo and Cherbourg.

How to cancel

If you need to cancel a booking please go to the cancellation page. After you have made a booking you will recieve a reservation confirmation e-mail with a link to this cancellation page. All you need to do is enter your email address - you will then be shown your current bookings. To cancel a booking follow the simple instructions. This will inform us of the cancellation, and send you a confirmation email. Please note a cancellation charge may apply, depending on how far in advance you make the cancellation.
