Once you have made your reservation, you will receive confirmation by email with our details and directions - all you need to do is turn up!

If you need to cancel a booking please go to the cancellation page. After you have made a booking you will recieve a reservation confirmation e-mail with a link to this cancellation page. All you need to do is enter your email address - you will then be shown your current bookings. To cancel a booking follow the simple instructions. This will inform us of the cancellation, and send you a confirmation email. Please note a cancellation charge may apply, depending on how far in advance you make the cancellation.

Check-in staff are available on weekdays from 8:00 - 20:00, on Saturdays from 10:00 - 19:00 and on Sundays and Bank Holidays from 11:00 -17:00. If you are going to arrive outside of these times, please contact Reception, who will give you a keycode to access the building.

"Great accommodation close to the shops, noisy but acceptable. The rooms were very hot. Not recommended to go out at night with children as quite a busy area but alright during day."
