Seabrook House is a lovely Victorian property with many of its original features preserved and set in pretty gardens. Recently renovated each spacious room has first class ensuite facilities and all are tastefully decorated.

Seabrook House is only 5 minuite drive to euro tunnel and 15 minuite to dover. Many rooms have views across the Channel and around the bay to Dungeness. Seabrook House could best be described as a B&B that thinks that it is a Hotel. It offers quality accommodation, 'No Smoking Rooms' and lodgings for your B and B stay. Superior to any local Inn and with its good parking better than any Motel or Travel Inn, suitable for 'short stays' or 'vacation by the sea' in the 'South East' of Kent and 'SE' England with views to France and Dungeness together with 'Dungeness Power Station'. Seabrook House is situated on the a259 on the eastern outskirts of Hythe. From the m20 exit at junction 12 (1 km south of the Channel Tunnel exit) signposted Cheriton. On leaving the motorway follow the signs for Cheriton onto a dual carriageway, immediately take the right hand lane for approx. 200 metres and turn right towards 'Tesco' supermarket (signposted b2064 Hythe). After a further 200 metres you will come to a set of traffic lights, turn left here onto Horn Street (signposted b2064 Hythe) and follow this winding lane for just over a kilometre until you reach a 't' junction with 'The Fountain ' public house on the left. At this junction turn right and you will find Seabrook House on your right in approx 0.5 km (look out for our blue and yellow sign). From the Dover Ferry Terminal follow the signs for Folkestone and London (a20) for approx 12km until the a20 merges into the m20 - junction 12 is 1km from the start of the motorway.
