- From junction 18 of the m4, take the A46 to Bath.
- Remain in the left-hand lane and you will come off the A46, to a roundabout where you need to take the first left (Bath local).
- We are situated on the left-hand side, 2nd property.
- You will pass Bailbrook Lodge, then you will see Bailbrook House.
Please note that all direction instructions will be included in the reservation confirmation e-mail that you recieve after the booking has been completed
How to Book

You may book as many rooms as you like for any dates that you need. Once you have made your reservation, you will receive confirmation by email with our details and directions - all you need to do is turn up!
You will then need to select the dates you wish to stay for, and then go on to choose your rooms. You'll also need to provide us with your contact information and credit card details. Credit card details are required as a guarantee - your card is not charged until you finish your stay at the hotel.
How to cancel
If you need to cancel a booking please go to the cancellation page. After you have made a booking you will recieve a reservation confirmation e-mail with a link to this cancellation page. All you need to do is enter your email address - you will then be shown your current bookings. To cancel a booking follow the simple instructions. This will inform us of the cancellation, and send you a confirmation email. Please note a cancellation charge may apply, depending on how far in advance you make the cancellation.
