Our instant, online booking service is fast, convenient and secure. We keep our availability up-to-the-minute so you can book your hotel online with complete confidence. You may book as many rooms as you like for any dates that you need. Once you have made your reservation, you will receive confirmation by email with our details and directions - all you need to do is turn up!

How to cancel

If you need to cancel a booking please go to the cancellation page. After you have made a booking you will recieve a reservation confirmation e-mail with a link to this cancellation page. All you need to do is enter your email address - you will then be shown your current bookings. To cancel a booking follow the simple instructions. This will inform us of the cancellation, and send you a confirmation email. Please note a cancellation charge may apply, depending on how far in advance you make the cancellation.

CANCELLATION POLICY: null COMMENTS: Roban House does not accept American Express cards. Roban House is a smoke-free environment. Anyone found smoking at the property will be asked to leave and pay for redecorating of the room. Guests are asked not to enter in dirty industrial clothing, and Roban House reserves the right to request that you change clothes before entering. The reception at Roban House is not staffed 24 hours. You can only arrive outside of the stated check-in times by arranging with Roban House in advance. Roban House does not accept children under 12 years. Charged on street parking is available outside Roban House, or free on street parking is available two streets away.
