Our property has been totally refurbished to a top class standard to provide everything you could wish for in luxury guest accommodation, whilst still maintaining many original features. Your room is serviced everyday and we provide all toiletries, mineral water and biscuits and even a free newspaper in the morning. Our stylish modern Italian restaurant is open daily serving fresh pizza, pasta and salads. (Booking in advance is advisable). The sweeping bay of Llandudno is literally across the road from us and the town is 100 metres away so we are a perfect base to visit this historic town. Quite literally meaning 'beautiful view', the Bella Vista has beautiful views of Llandudno bay.

Directions

On entering Llandudno by the a470, drive through the town centre towards the end of the shops and you will come to a roundabout with Woolworths on the right, Turn right and the road bends round to the left. Follow this road for 250 metres and you will come to a small roundabout turning left on to Church Walks. We are immediately on the right hand side.

Once you have made your reservation, you will receive confirmation by email with our details and directions - all you need to do is turn up!

Credit card details are required as a guarantee - your card is not charged until you finish your stay at the hotel.

How to cancel

If you need to cancel a booking please go to the cancellation page. After you have made a booking you will recieve a reservation confirmation e-mail with a link to this cancellation page. All you need to do is enter your email address - you will then be shown your current bookings. To cancel a booking follow the simple instructions. This will inform us of the cancellation, and send you a confirmation email. Please note a cancellation charge may apply, depending on how far in advance you make the cancellation.

CANCELLATION POLICY: null COMMENTS: The hotel is totally non-smoking, however there is a sea-facing terrace on the front for smokers. Reception closes at 20:00, please contact the hotel by telephone before arrival if you require a later check-in. Check-out is at 10:30. Charges are made for later check-out. A 2-night minimum stay applies in August.
