For business events and special occasions, Woodhall Spa offers 2 excellent rooms, both of which are situated on the ground floor and enjoy natural light. The Terrace Room overlooks the terrace and gardens at the rear of the hotel. It is ideal for larger meetings and can seat up to 80 people theatre style. The Courtyard Room is better suited for smaller meetings of up to 20 people.

By Car:
From Sleaford and the South:
- Take the A153 from Sleaford towards Horncastle.
- At Tattershall, turn left onto the B1192.
- In Woodhall Spa, turn right at the roundabout onto The Broadway.
- The hotel is on the right, just past the pedestrian crossing.
From Lincoln and the North:
- Take the A15 south from Lincoln.
- Turn left onto the B1202 to Metheringham.
- Take the B1189 to Martin.
- join the B1191 to Woodhall Spa.
- Go straight on at the roundabout onto The Broadway.
- The hotel is on the right just past the pedestrian crossing.

How to Book

How to cancel
If you need to cancel a booking please go to the cancellation page. After you have made a booking you will recieve a reservation confirmation e-mail with a link to this cancellation page. All you need to do is enter your email address - you will then be shown your current bookings. To cancel a booking follow the simple instructions. This will inform us of the cancellation, and send you a confirmation email. Please note a cancellation charge may apply, depending on how far in advance you make the cancellation.
