We have a sun lounge where you can sit and watch the world go by or a lovely modern bar where you can relax watching tv or just reading the paper. We are in 5 minutes walking distance of Eastbourne's shops and with bus stops outside our door, you will not be short of places to go. Please note that the hotel does not have a lift. Late check-outs can be arranged at a small additional cost. All parking is on the road (restrictions from May to September). There pay-and-display parking facilities available nearby at an additional cost.

All you need to do is enter your email address - you will then be shown your current bookings. To cancel a booking follow the simple instructions. This will inform us of the cancellation, and send you a confirmation email. Please note a cancellation charge may apply, depending on how far in advance you make the cancellation.

Please telephone the hotel directly to check the availability of rooms that can accommodate camp beds and cots, as some of the rooms are not big enough to accommodate them. You must make a booking for 2 adults and one child. Failure to do this means that the room might not suit your booking. Payment Information: If you booked before 31 January 2009, your credit card will be debited by "hotelinfo ltd." All bookings from 01 February 2009 will have cards debited by "RelaxInnz."

Rooms

This is a wonderful room, boasting a huge four-poster bed with sea views. There is also a sofa bed suitable for 2 small children or one child aged between 10 and 16.* There is plenty of room for a z-bed or cot, so, there is a possibility of sleeping 4 (2 adults and 2 children).* However, the hotel does not allow 4 adults to share this room. (Adults are defined as anyone over the age of 17 in this instance). *Please add the childrens details in the remarks or special requests section when booking.
