M6: Exit 44. Turn left for Carlisle City Centre (a7). Travel past Premier Travel Inn on right for 150 yards. Turn right at traffic lights, go past pc World and over mini roundabout. Nightowl Carlisle (nt Services) is 100 yards on the left.
