Approaching Coventry, follow directions for the City Centre's inner ring road. Leave the inner ring road at juction 6, sign posted Railway Station & Kenilworth (a429). The Hotel is 500 yards along the a429 on your left, opposite the park.

"Overall very disappointed. Hotel was unclean, there was no soap to even wash hands in the bathroom. Would have been helpful to have had some information in the room, as to times of breakfast etc. Had requested at time of on-line booking if we could enter room a little earlier as we had a meeting to attend, but got no response."

"THIS IS THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED AND NOT ANYTHING NEAR ANY BEST WESTERN I HAVE STAYED. HOTEL IS VERY DIRTY AND NO LIFT TO TAKE LUGGAGE UP 2 FLOORS. MAID SERVICE VERY BAD. IN FACT I HAVE REQUESTED THE MANAGER TO END MY BOOKING SO THAT I CAN SEARCH FOR ANOTHER HOTEL. UNLIKE WHAT IT SAID WHEN I BOOKED THEY MADE ME PAY IN FULL ON ARRIVAL."
