If approaching Brighton and Hove from the north, follow the m23/a23 and signs for the city centre passing Preston Park lawns on your left, enter the one way system and turn right at the Fire Station onto the a270 (New England Street). Follow the road under the viaduct, up the hill to the mini roundabout (Seven Dials), and continue straight across (b2122). At the 2nd traffic lights turn right into Western Road. Waterloo Street is the 5th on the left and Lichfield House is a short way down on the right.

How to cancel
If you need to cancel a booking please go to the cancellation page. After you have made a booking you will recieve a reservation confirmation e-mail with a link to this cancellation page. All you need to do is enter your email address - you will then be shown your current bookings. To cancel a booking follow the simple instructions. This will inform us of the cancellation, and send you a confirmation email. Please note a cancellation charge may apply, depending on how far in advance you make the cancellation.
