The Lighthouse Inn

The Lighthouse Inn is only 5 miles from the Channel tunnel and 3 miles from the Port of Dover, ideal for an overnight stay on route to or from France or simply for a relaxing break. A large private car park is available for our guests. Nearby Dover Castle and the Historic City of Canterbury with its stunning cathedral both make for great days out, time permitting. All rooms are en suite, with thermostatic central heating, double glazed and equipped with the following: tea & coffee making facilities, colour Teletext TV with remote control, alarm clock-radio, hairdryer, extra blankets.

Directions

From m20: From Junction 13 (south end of M20 ) continue on A20 for approx. 4 miles; take the B2011 exit to Capel-le-Ferne; take 3rd exit (B2011) at 1st roundabout and 1st exit (B2011) at 2nd roundabout in the direction of Folkestone; continue for approx mile; take the first road to the left (Old Dover Road) follow this cliff road for approximately mile, The Lighthouse Inn & Restaurant is on the right just past the left-hand bend.

Please note that all direction instructions will be included in the reservation confirmation e-mail that you recieve after the booking has been completed

How to Book

Our instant, online booking service is fast, convenient and secure. We keep our availability up-to-the-minute so you can book your hotel online with complete confidence. You may book as many rooms as you like for any dates that you need. Once you have made your reservation, you will receive confirmation by email with our details and directions - all you need to do is turn up!

You will then need to select the dates you wish to stay for, and then go on to choose your rooms. You'll also need to provide us with your contact information and credit card details. Credit card details are required as a guarantee - your card is not charged until you finish your stay at the hotel.

How to cancel

If you need to cancel a booking please go to the cancellation page. After you have made a booking you will recieve a reservation confirmation e-mail with a link to this cancellation page. All you need to do is enter your email address - you will then be shown your current bookings. To cancel a booking follow the simple instructions. This will inform us of the cancellation, and send you a confirmation email. Please note a cancellation charge may apply, depending on how far in advance you make the cancellation.
