Breakfast, evening canapés, all day refreshments and complimentary access to internet stations are all included as part of the club package.
Due to the United Kingdom’s smoking ban, all public areas of the hotel are non-smoking. Guests may still smoke in their designated smoking guest rooms and in one of the 2 garden courtyards.
Pleas note that there is a maximum of six rooms that can be booked in one transaction, the hotel reserves the right to cancel your booking if over 6 rooms have been booked in one transaction.

Free public buses can take you from Heathrow Airport central bus station to the Bath Road bus stop (Hatch Lane) which is just a few minutes' walk from our hotel. Bus U3 for Uxbridge departs regularly throughout the day from stand 18.
Hoppa bus coach number H4 services the route between terminals 1, 2 and 3 and our hotel. Tickets can be obtained from self service ticket machines at the terminals. H4 leaves from terminals 1, 2, and 3 every 12 to 15 minutes from 05:30 to 23:30 (approximately).
For arrivals at terminal 4, take the Heathrow Express (free of charge) to terminal 1, 2, or 3 and then board the Hotel Hoppa at the bus stop located at terminal 3.
If you are travelling with more than 2 people a taxi from terminal 4 could be a better option.
Please note that all direction instructions will be included in the reservation confirmation e-mail that you recieve after the booking has been completed

Our instant, online booking service is fast, convenient and secure. We keep our availability up-to-the-minute so you can book your hotel online with complete confidence. You may book as many rooms as you like for any dates that you need. Once you have made your reservation, you will receive confirmation by email with our details and directions - all you need to do is turn up!
You will then need to select the dates you wish to stay for, and then go on to choose your rooms. You'll also need to provide us with your contact information and credit card details. Credit card details are required as a guarantee - your card is not charged until you finish your stay at the hotel.
How to cancel
If you need to cancel a booking please go to the cancellation page. After you have made a booking you will recieve a reservation confirmation e-mail with a link to this cancellation page. All you need to do is enter your email address - you will then be shown your current bookings. To cancel a booking follow the simple instructions. This will inform us of the cancellation, and send you a confirmation email. Please note a cancellation charge may apply, depending on how far in advance you make the cancellation.
